We offer not just data collection and analysis processes, but also consultancy services, human resource training, and professional assistance in the design and development of projects involving Education and Technology
A key aspect of our work is the dissemination of the research findings, as well as their use and implementation throught actions of academic transfer and policy advice

Our mission is to produce and divulge scientific information about the innovative use of digital technologies in education, and its contribution to development (ICT4E + ICT4D)
Our vision is to become a Research and Development Center whose production migth contribute to design and implement policy-making and pedagogical practices related to the use of ICT for innovation and development
